I have a bachelor's degree in psychology. I will be finishing up my master's degree in psychology early this spring. Psychology has taught me how to motivate, communicate and encourage people. I believe that with my background in psychology, I connect well with people. I have seen that through proper motivation and encouragement, people can achieve anything they put their minds to. Psychology is a valuable tool that boosts academic performance because it allows the Tutor to understand what areas the student needs to improve on clearly. This aids student academic performance and typically results in a very high GPA. My approach is to make psychology fun! Lesson plans are highly dependent on what the student's assignment is. I enjoy psychology because it explores the unknowns in our lives. Assisting others with their education is essential to me. Psychology is an educational discipline that is ever-evolving.
I like to teach psychology in an interactive fun environment. I want to use examples to aid in the teaching of psychological concepts. Some psychological ideas are complicated to understand. I have found that by using examples, students have a much easier and more fun time with their psychological studies. I am fluent in APA 7 formatting. I believe mastering this format is critical to student success. I believe that everyone deserves the right to accomplish their dreams. Through hard work and proper education, I think that students can achieve anything that they wish. Furthermore, I am comfortable tutoring math, science, psychology, economics, and business.
