Ive been a personal trainer at virgin active for the past year, where i have had a chance to meet a lot of people and learn a lot from the company. As well as attain many clients with very diverse goals. I like to push my clients and do my best to help people reach the goals, i will push you hard during our sessions but you must also hold accountability for taking the steps towards your goals outside of sessions. I offer constant support and guidance if needed even outside of sessions, i am one phone call away.
I am most comfortable training with gym equipment, but a lot can be done from the comfort of home, with minor equipment depending on your goals or needs. I offer programming just not in session, but also for when you train on your own. I offer nutritional advice for those who require it. I will not give you and exact diet, but i will ask you to fill me in on what a typical week of eating is for you and advise you from there. Online lessons would be via video call. Physical sessions could be anywhere from the gym, to the park, to the comfort of home. My client is my priority and i take pride in seeing you reach your results, so all i ask is that you put in the effort and have the drive to get to where you want to be. As i will do my best to push you forward but you must also do the same.
