José is a fantastic teacher. I've been taking online classes with him for 1 year and a half now, every week, and his classes are enjoyable and varied. José is very professional and pays attention to the smallest details in his classes. He is very flexible with schedules. Totally recommendable.

I have been playing the guitar for many years, self-taught. I felt that I was having difficulty making progress, so I decided to look for a teacher. After several months, and thanks to José's method, I see how my horizon is expanding. Usually, I suggest a song that I like, and José teaches me to analyze it in a more formal way than I used to do. He uses the song as a starting point to guide me through areas where I have more deficiencies, and that helps me feel that I can tackle challenges that seemed impossible until now. I had doubts about the online class system, but with the excellent material that remains after each session, the classes are very productive. So, I can only recommend his classes

I have been taking online classes for two years and my experience is very positive. Jose is a great teacher, very patient and he adapts perfectly to your level and preferences. I have learned a lot, not only playing songs but also in technique and theory. The online classes are very well organized, with all the necessary tools for perfect learning. After class you have the material available to continue practicing at home. Highly recommended!

Jose has been teaching both my kids for the past few months. He is by far the most organized and professional guitar tutor I have come across in our last 5 year journey. Jose prepares for every class and shares all materials/music with the kids during the class. His use of technology (google classrooms and zoom) is also very advanced allowing my kids to be organized and autonomous during the class as well as with their independent practice. I would also highlight his versatility with guitar: my kids are studying both classic, acustic and rock and his mastery of the 3 styles (both in his play and also in his teaching methods) is outstanding.

I have been receiving online guitar lessons with Jose since December 2021. From the first moment the flexibility and adaptation to my level and interests have been perfect, so I have been able to learn new techniques, styles and songs that I never had never thought of. I have always perceived the effort to adapt the classes to a level so that I could learn and improve. In addition, Jose has the technical resources for a perfect development of the class and to provide additional practice material until the next class.

I have been a student of Jose's for several years including in-person and online lessons, completing Grades 3-7, and currently preparing for Grade 8 guitar. Throughout my time with Jose, I have always appreciated that he took note of what I needed help with, and provided me with the necessary skills and feedback to improve. He has continuously supported me in exploring different musical styles including classical, acoustic, and blues. He ensures to share the materials necessary for our lesson even going as far as transcribing popular music. As part of exploring guitar, he also encouraged me to look at musical programming learning to use musical software to further my skills. Something that I have always admired is Jose's passion for music which I feel has translated well into our lessons, I would 100% recommend Jose as a tutor as his dedication to music and to his students has made me become the guitarist I am today.

I've been taking online guitar lessons with Jose for the past 5 months. Jose is very profesional and very easy to get on with. He uses plenty of resources so you can visualise and refer to boxes patterns and diagrams, it really speeds up your learning. I highly recommend Jose as a guitar teacher, incredible knowledgeable , patient and explains things in a really clear way. I’ve been learning with Jose for just under a year. I’d not played guitar since leaving school and so was quite nervous at first but I have found the experience amazing and have picked it up again a lot faster than I ever imagined I would. Jose is full of enthusiasm yet is incredibly patient and supportive. Our lessons are all about learning to play the pieces that I want to learn so we do a lot of jazz and some folk and rock. They are immense fun and I always look forward to them. Thanks to Jose I’ve rediscovered what fun it can be to play the guitar. Our lessons are online because I am in London and he is in Spain. His friendly style is great for online and his English is excellent as he lived in London for a number of years.
