I have been practicing yoga for almost 20 years and been a teacher since 2018. I love connecting breath with movement and being able to feel the pose. I create a relaxing atmosphere for my students to let go of their worries and stress during the practice. I make it accessible for students, but also engaging and challenging if they wish to. Yoga has been integral part of my being and I want to ensure that everyone can benefit from yoga. I have experience in various styles of yoga: Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative, Addaptive, and Kundalini.
