Jessica in a nutshell
I have been exploring yoga since 2013 and teaching since 2016. Yoga includes a multitude of ways to explore the Mind-Body-Soul connection. This fascinates me as I am a seeker of living with all the elements of myself in harmony. Yoga is a doorway for me to allow this!

I love personalizing classes for individuals' needs and desires. Allowing your practice to be intentional and satisfactory.

You will experience asanas, pranayama, and meditation in each class.
Through asanas, I offer focus on:
•awareness of the deeper muscles being utilized
•opening and lengthening rather than overextending
•practicing the knowing that the journey is the destination
Pranayama is translated to breathwork. Our bodies do a great job at keeping us breathing. Modern living has disconnected this natural action into many people experiencing limited lung capacity, disconnection from their natural breathing rhythms, and more. Right now, in this moment of reading, how deep is your breathing?
Guiding meditations is a personal joy!
Especially with those who believe meditation is difficult for them and are open to challenging this belief.
My training draw from various yoga branches:
-Hatha
-Vinyasa
-Kundalini
-Yin
-Restorative
-Acroyoga
-Partner yoga

Yoga is a way of life, offering tools for interacting with the world within and without.
I encourage my students to be curious about what is present on the mat and to become reflective where it can allow transformation
off the mat.

''Yoga is not about touching your toes, it is what you learn on the way down.''
