If you want to pass the IELTS or TOEFL exams or just want to communicate better , or even learn enough to get by in the language, I have experience teaching this.
Books I remember teaching include Lets Go, Everybody Up, Headway, New English File, the Oxford series, Clockwise as well as the in house books from the language institutes that I taught in. HESS in Taiwan, for example.
