I am a train the trainer and an instructional designer. I have a range of topics I have trained in including psychology, business and cultural studies. I can adapt my training methods to meet the needs of the learner and I have experience of working with groups. I can adapt my training methods to meet the needs of the learner and I have experience of working with groups. I use a variety of methods to be engaging and to support the comprehension of the subject.

I have a deep understanding on learning styles and methodologies and I apply a learn do review approach to my session. I believe in having clear learning goals and objectives for the session and evaluation as I go along.
