-Individual Learning Plans: Developing individualised learning plans for students with specific learning needs, is something that I am passionate about. I believe in collaborating with support staff, parents, and specialists to implement and monitor these plans.

-Learning Environment: I create a positive and stimulating online learning environment, utilising resources that promote critical thinking, creativity, and exploration.

- Formative Assessment: I regularly assess my learners' progress through formative assessments to inform instructional decisions. I ensure that I use assessment data to identify areas of strength and areas needing improvement.

-Utilising Technology: Integrating educational technology to enhance learning experiences, is something that I incorporate into my practice. I implement age-appropriate educational apps and interactive tools.

- Differentiated Instruction: I tailor teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities. Providing individualised support to students based on their unique needs.

-Passion: I ensure that I come to each tutoring session with energy and a positive attitude, in order for my learners to have a positive attitude also. I believe that al children should have a love for learning and should feel excited when they come for their sessions. This will allow learners to be on board, be active, participate and use what they are learning in practical situations.
