Très bon contact, adapte le cours en fonction du niveau de son élève. en quelques heures j'ai pu acquérir une base que je n'avais pas ou peu.

Jeanne is patient, kind and thoroughly professional in how she structures her lessons. My English was good in writing but I was so nervous whenever I had to speak, and Jeanne was able to get me through those hurdles-- now, I'm able to have conversations with my clients at the office. I was feeling safe, because she is very patient and constructive. I keep forgetting words and idioms, so very often I don't dare to try... With Jeanne I know that she will never get discretly angry, so I find the courage to talk, and when she says for the 20th time the same advice, I just try harder to remember what she told me... What I like the most is that, very often, she doesn't say no, she asks how I would say my sentence, then ask me if I think it's good, then I can find the right words...
