My prominent method of teaching is Self-Reflection. I use a lot of Visualization to help students visualize their goals. Visualization is very important for one to clearly understand what they need versus what they are been presurised to achieve. Because, we can only visualize something deeply, when we truly aspire for it.

For students who are not yet clear in what they aspire for what they want, I use a technique Called "Shoot the Star". We use Pen and Paper in every session to make a planner so student can get more clarity on what they want and how can they achieve it.

My most prominent strategy which I use everywhere to help my students is "Talk it Out". Untill and unless things are kept hidden behind the doors of words, they keep hurting us from within. Once they are given the form of words and thrown out of our mouth, our soul heals and a healed soul will always show us the right path.
