My name is Javier Martinez, but people call me Javo. I am a cinematographer in the audiovisual and communication industry. I have had the opportunity to live in many places, from Spain, where I completed my master’s degree in cinematography, to Qatar, where I filmed TVCs. I have always had a good capacity for adaptation and an open mind, eager to learn whatever life wants to teach me every day.

I have a positive attitude and am a grateful person. I have had the opportunity to work in many places around the world, doing what I love: filming.

Working in advertising has made me a professional with good judgment and a keen eye. Living in various places has provided me with inspiration at every moment, always drawn from real life and finding beauty in the ordinary, following a “wabi-sabi” philosophy.
