Sometimes we might communicate via video, sometimes purely via text. We will use the method that suits your lifestyle.

Growing a method that suits you will mean that you will not feel under pressure to comply with a structure that makes taking on the subject information an onerous task. That method can be pragmatic and direct or conversational. There are many avenues of information to explore toward differing outcomes; any of which could be the solution that you are looking for.
