I am a Canadian writer, musician, coffee enthusiast, and Native English speaker who welcomes students of all ages from around the world for stress-free conversations.

I offer no-stress conversational English conversations with students of all ages, from anywhere in the world.

Over the past six months, I have had 900 chats with almost 500 students.

I have found that students from places as varied as China, Japan, Turkiye, and Saudi Arabia have all studied English, but the majority of these classes deal with grammar and reading, but no conversation. That is a shame when you think about it.

I have lived and worked in Doha, Canada, the USA, the UK, Italy, and Germany, and my many interests include culture, music, film, writing, world events, and more.

I have worked as a writer, researcher, and archivist, working in magazines, newspapers, and television.
