I have been a personal trainer for the past 9 years and have seen many through transformations, sports related and injury rehab goals. I have ran online and in person transformations, both with high success rates, improving relationships with food, long term injuries, and weight/fat loss goals. All of this gives me a very versatile range of individuals that i can cater for and each fantastic results with.
I work with a weekly check-in to see how you are getting on and to track any changes that are needed and to feedback to you what the plans going into the week are so you know what's happening week in week out. This along side in nutrition plans, training plans, stress and mental wellness trackers to ensure you are doing well and on the right path. With the in person you will get all of that as well as being in the gym or at your home motivating you and helping you to develop knowledge and progression towards your goals that will help guide you straight to your goals.
With in the sessions we will adapt and learn about you as we go developing a friendly coaching environment that you feel comfortable in and feel that you can grow and develop in all aspects of life through. Allowing a non judgement and open environment where there are no wrong questions and no wrong answers, where you feel you are not afraid to be honest and to feel valued as part of a team.
