My training sessions are structured, dynamic, and tailored to each client’s individual goals, whether it’s building strength, improving endurance, or refining technique. With over two years of coaching experience in CrossFit, Olympic weightlifting, and hybrid training, I focus on creating a well-rounded program that balances strength, conditioning, and mobility.
Each session begins with a targeted warm-up designed to activate the right muscle groups and prepare the body for movement. We then move into skill development, where I help refine technique, whether it’s mastering a barbell lift, improving gymnastics movements, or working on explosive power. The main workout focuses on progressive strength training or high-intensity conditioning, depending on the session’s focus and the client’s needs. Finally, we finish with a cooldown and mobility work to aid recovery and prevent injury.
