Yogo is set out in 3 easy steps:
Step 1 - Soften: Here we spend the first week not "doing" anything. Just being. Using a series of gentle relaxations, meditations and hypnosis to start releasing old habits and patterns that hold us back - especially from wanting to exercise.
Step 2 - S.t.r.e.t.c.h: In Step 2 there is a natural impulse to want to begin to move. Slowly at first just pulling the out-of-balance tension, back into balanced tension ready for Step 3.
Step 3 - Strengthen: You will know when you're ready for Step 3 as your body will naturally want to hold postures for longer, holding IN the abdomen and pulling UP the pelvic floor.
