I have an immense experience and I am determined to bring about the best in my students. Yes I do get attached to my students they too get attached to me.
Based on the topics to be taught, I ask them to tell me whatever they have understood about the topic or take them from the known to the unknown. Depending on the topic I ask my students to do research work.
Ask them to make presentations and present it to me or in front of the other students. This helps them build confidence and breaks the shell of shyness within them.
Math and English homework has to be given everyday but of course again it depends on the student to students, their inclination towards a subject and their interest.
I believe each and every student/ child is different and should be tackled or lookedZ after in a unique way.
According to me until a teacher has a bond with the student he / she cannot bring about changes in the child.
Regular conversation apart from academic related is also very important in today’s time. Being strict cannot be the only way to teach and bring about results.
For online teaching specially, it is very important to encourage students with positive feedback, even if they show a small gesture. Rewards will be given to the students for a their achievements in different ways.
I shall keep updating myself with new styles of teaching which will be very fruitful b for them.
If in a group then the best way to upgrade them is to allow them to work as a team. Over all I shall do my best.
