I will help you develop a deeper sense of self awareness. Help you to understand your own communication and learning style, to increase your retention of knowledge. This will help build your resilience and confidence, so when you are in a situation of potential stress, for example, exam time, you can manage this with the techniques and re-framing exercises I will teach you.
My delivery style is engaging and bespoke to be built around you as an individual. I work on a person centered approach. This approach is engaging and very much a two way communication process so that you can take away as much or a little as you require.
I will give you techniques as homework/study to practice and also encourage you to keep a reflection diary/journal so that you can monitor your own progress.
This 'change work' can be transformational for individuals, especially at this time of your life when an emotional tool kit and a greater awareness of self can be hugely beneficial.
