I specialise in helping primary school children, especially those preparing for 11+ exams. My lessons are well-structured, supportive, and adapted to each child’s level and learning style. I focus on building strong foundations in key maths topics such as arithmetic, problem-solving, fractions, percentages, shape, and word problems. I also incorporate timed practice and exam-style questions to build confidence and speed.

Each lesson typically includes a warm-up to review previous material, a main teaching section focused on a specific topic, and then guided practice with feedback. I use a variety of methods such as visual aids, step-by-step explanations, and interactive questioning to help children understand and remember concepts. I also give optional homework to reinforce what we’ve learned.
