Harshita Negi

With a strong background in dance, a passion for teaching, and a dedication to creating a positive and engaging learning environment, I am excited to bring my skills and enthusiasm to your team.

My dance journey began in 2014 when I founded the Godzee Dance Group and served as the Chief Choreographer. This role involved choreographing routines, leading rehearsals, and managing performances, which gave me a deep understanding of dance and effective teaching techniques. My leadership and organizational skills were further developed during my time as President of the Ahaarya Dance Society at Shaheed Rajguru College of Applied Sciences for Women, where I coordinated numerous dance events, workshops, and training sessions.

As a Dance Facilitator at Crejo.fun, I had the opportunity to teach dance to students aged 6-12 and various skill levels. This experience enhanced my ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs and abilities of each student. Additionally, my role as a Dance Trainer for the Ahaarya Dance Society allowed me to develop innovative teaching methods that encouraged students' creativity and confidence in their dance abilities.

Academically, I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Science from Shaheed Rajguru College of Applied Sciences for Women, University of Delhi, and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on International Business from Manipal University Jaipur. Starting in September 2024, I will embark on a Master’s in Fine Arts in Choreography at the University of Roehampton, London. These academic experiences have provided me with excellent communication and organizational skills, which are crucial for a successful teaching career.

My diverse experiences have also helped me develop strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for effective teaching and fostering a positive learning environment.
