I enjoy using a combination of methods that are tailored to each student, I understand well that students learn differently so I would first determine the best method of learning, visual, audio, reading, kinesthetics and adapt my lesson plans to the pupil. I have always found that small incentives, such as getting stickers for milestones, are great motivators that I would include in my lesson plans. Using educational game platforms are also a great way to learn in a trivia style.
