I will use practical explanations for the teaching and if you don't understand, I will go back and explain and make sure all the students are carried about at the same frequency and time. I will also give assignments to make sure everyone is carried along. I am also considering organizing a quiz section with the help of the head principal and other teachers to make them more active in class and eager to learn more. At the end of my teachings, I will ask them if they have any questions and also ask them some questions based on the lessons learnt for that day. I will also like to request there should be inter and intra competition in the school to make them more serious with book work and more eager to learn more. I will also teach them how to be free around me irrespective of their gender, sexuality or disability and learn to be bold enough to ask questions and answer questions even though they are shy or feel timid about it . Although I have only taught my fellow students in class or juniors in class and university, I feel like I can take up the responsibility to teach. I am also in the class to learn from fellow students and to learn from fellow teachers with a tasking and great job of conveying lessons in class. I will also like for them to have a drop box where they can write what they feel about me and I can read and correct or make some adjustments to my teaching scope.
