He is a good teacher. He allows his students explain concepts which gives them the opportunity to truly understand where they are in a topic and be corrected on it. He also makes his students research more on topics through assignments, which pushes them to learn topics as it would affect a students grade if they failed to get their assignment done, and he disciplines his students by taking away marks for late submission, which is a good way for students to learn punctuality.

Well... I was taught by sir Augustine, in my ss3 class in the year 2020, the subject he took me on was Mathematics. Personally I do not really pick interest in this particular subject but with the help of my teacher as at then in the the person of sir Augustine and with my efforts and his stead persuasion to do my best, I was able to find the subject less stressful to understand and with time, I dare to say I developed interest in most parts of the subject(mathematics)he taught me. And I owe it all thanks to his guidance and patience with his students.

Mr. Austin was my physics and best tutor back in high school and there is no doubt that he was the best of one of his kind. He taught me physics was beyond what we know it as but involved thinking outside the box. I have used this knowledge and alot of his other teachings in life and they have helped me very well. Aside teaching he also motivated me alot, while I was with him I had wild dreams and he made sure the candle never went dim. Mr. Emmanuel Augustine was my teacher for two consecutive years: Physics Technology teacher (in JSS3) and my Physics Teacher (in SS1). He had an intriguing way of teaching. I believe that he saw physics as a topic which students could learn on their own with a little guidance from him. For theoretical concepts, would play videos on the smart board; sadly, for the many of us who were not listening, he’ll give us an impromptu test to test our understanding of the concepts in the video and check if we were paying thorough attention. When he comes back the next class, he would explain the concepts which most of us failed to ensure our understanding. For calculation concepts, he’ll tell us a solve all the questions in a book. Surprisingly, he’ll sit down all through without teaching much. This, however, allowed for in-person learning. Anyone who could not solve a question would meet him in-person and he’ll explain and help them solve it.

Emmanuel Augustine (or Mr Uroko as I know him) has played a big part in changing the course of my life. Prior to my fourth year of secondary school, when he became my Physics teacher, I had only a mild liking for Physics due to some elementary 'Physics Technology' classes we took in junior school. However, my first couple of tests with him showed me how little I understood the concepts I was being taught as I failed them woefully. This motivated me to seek a deeper understanding of these topics by reading extensively and asking Mr Uroko questions. In the process, not only did I improve my scores, but I also found myself keenly interested in these Physics concepts and I strengthened my relationship with Mr Uroko. My growth in Physics has primarily been stimulated by Mr Uroko's problem-intensive classes, which always put my brain to work, and his problem-extensive tests, which always drove me to study hard in preparation and, hence, further widen my knowledge base in Physics.

Professor Uroko is a great teacher! I found electromagnetism to be a really tough concept to grasp but his explanations were really helpful and dived into the fundamental why's and how's which made it way easier. He is also very approachable to students, and I would highly recommend reaching out to him if you need assignment extensions or help with understanding a concept in general. Physics is tough but I found that having the right professor can make it a whole world easier!
