I'm a friendly, innovative and empathetic Brazilian who loves learning different topics and teaching people :)

I am a professional with a high level of self-management, a great sense of innovation, a growth mindset, emotional intelligence and entrepreneurial skills. Additionally, I am part of ForbesBLK is a global community of black entrepreneurs, professionals and leaders who are driving systematic change in business, culture and society.

I have worked for over 10 years of experience creating projects in the areas of talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion and employer branding.
My career spans information technology consultancies, fintechs, insurtechs, payment methods and retail companies.

I have been working as a clinical psychologist since 2021. I have knowledge in different therapeutic approaches, but I am a specialist in cognitive behavioral therapy.

During classes, I tend to be practical, patient and a good listener. I use illustrative tools such as Google presentations and other means to offer interactive classes to guide and teach my students.
