I have been a Geography/History teacher for four years and an online tutor for two years. Mostly, I employ student based teaching method where I discuss a topic with my students and let them come up with ideas and answers.

This method help me understand what my students strengths and shortcomings so I can deliver quality knowledge. Other than that, it has also proved to be more effective as it sharpens my students skills and knowledge on the subject in question. It induces creative thinking in my students as they dig deeper into the topic for answers during our discussions.
It also boosts my students’ confidence, not just during our class but also in life in general.
