I am Faiza Inamdar, a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, an IAPCCT listed memory trainer ans a student welfare enthusiast. I have also completed 60 hours of ICF approved life coach training. Furthermore, I am a psychology undergraduate student at KCL.

As a student myself, I understand how important it is to take care of your mental health while going through the different stressors of student life. Having been the student representative for my cohort and the NUS delegate for the KCLSU, I understand the student concerns in depth. I am highly enthusiastic towards student mental health and welfare and have been the student panelist for NexGen Youth Mental health conference.

My aim is to help student complete their journey safely and sanely. As a psychology student and a trained life coach, I understand the different needs and ways to tackle said needs. Having personally experienced difficulty in my own student life, I understand the key stressors of time management, exam anxiety, difficulty balancing personal and academic life, difficulties with parents, and so on. In today's day and age, we now have the tools and awareness needed to start working on these stressors to make your student life experience a more positive and memorable one.

So, if you feel the need to talk, and if you want someone to guide you or support you in being a more effective and healthy student, you know where to go. Sessions with me will be focused on allowing you to explore your concerns in a more productive outcome-focused manner so as to guide you to find a solution that fits you the best.
