Hello my name is Eva, a qualified Yoga teacher and member of the Yoga Alliance. I started
my Yogi’
s journey in 2020, while the whole world was still I felt the need to still my mind too
and a profound need for transformation had risen inside me. Beyond any limitation of the
inherented term of what yoga style is, I am willing to introduce Yoga to students in the way
which yoga was originally practiced and taught. So I am talking about classical yoga, the
original system which is called Rajadhiraja Yoga. This system is the most complete system of
self-transformation, including a wide variety of practices, designed to develop Body, Mind
and Spirit. Rather than training you to duplicate a specific system or style, I want to offer you
an environment and resources to develop a solid foundation in the art and science of Yoga in
a way that is applicable to the individual needs and circumstances of the students. Hence my
approach is to introduce you to the practice of Hatha and Vinyasa class, which are the
component of a RajadhiRaja Yoga class.
