I can tailor my lessons to each student's individual learning style. For example some students may prefer to make a presentation to show the level of their understanding and development, while others may prefer a more traditional approach.

I like to understand what my students are interested in and use those topics to broaden student's abilities.

I enjoy seeing students improve their comprehension, literacy and communication skills.

Generally I find the director style best in the beginning to establish a student's level of ability and change to a hybrid style of teaching involving discussion about the specific subject area.
