My yoga class styles include Hatha Yoga, where breathing is combined together with a series of physical yoga postures to move energy in the body and mind. My yoga class styles include Hatha Yoga, where breathing is combined together with a series of physical yoga postures to move energy in the body and mind. I also teach Yin Yoga where physical yoga postures are helf for longer periods of time, allowing the body and mind to release tension and relax.

In my Hatha Yoga classes I create flows based on the time of day my class will take place, for example a morning class will begin slower but will gradually build heat in the body so that the muscles and joints are warmed up properly and so that energy is created to take you into the rest of your day.

My evening Hatha yoga classes are more reflective and a slower pace, focused on building strength and stability rather than generating a lot of heat and moving lots.

My Yin Yoga classes are more gentle and allow my students more time to relax into a physical yoga posture, while using their breathing to deepen the stretch and release any tensions that need to be released!
