About me

I teach Hatha yoga classes, online via Zoom. I welcome students of all ages and abilities. I am qualified to teach pre and post natal yoga and those students can either attend a class or book a one-to-one session. My classes consist of stretching, breath work and strengthening poses. I am used to teaching people with injuries such as back issues and am able to adapt accordingly. I also teach on a...
