I am a violin teacher with many years of experience teaching beginners. I studied at a full basic conservatory level in violin (7th grade) and complement my technique with knowledge of emotional intelligence, motor skills, and anatomical understanding that I have developed over the years as a movement and theatre teacher. I create a kind, nurturing, safe, and motivating environment for adult and young students, dedicating myself entirely to encourage understanding due to my passion for pedagogy. I use mixed methods tailored to each student, but generally, we aim to progress technically while making music from the very beginning with simple pieces. I love teaching, and I enjoy getting to know the people behind each instrument.

We start with a violin musical method which is called "Stradivari", and start reading music from the first day. I have qualifications in educational neuroscience and have taught first-year theatre students for the past eight years. I have had various private violin students in Chile, ranging from ages 8 to 65.

The classes would be schedule once a week. A typical lesson lasts around an hour but it would always depend on your enthusiasm and preparation. Even so, if you didn't had time for study, is better that we can get together and play duets so the practice be enhanced with musical partnering.

For starting you will need your own appropriately sized violin, a shoulder rest, a music stand, and a clean, quiet space suitable for both of us to be with our violins during a session.
