I am an experienced geography teacher with a passion for teaching students to think critically and creatively. My goal is to build a thorough understanding of how geography and the Earth’s physical features influence human activity. I am passionate about teaching students to be environmentally aware citizens and to be able to read maps, imagery, and graphs of all scales in order to understand spatial patterns and relations. I am able to use various teaching techniques to engage students, including humor, games, puzzles, and hands-on activities.
