I am a yoga teacher since 2009 teaching currently Hatha Yoga and chair yoga and viewing Yoga as therapy. My yoga practice is aiming to emphasise the therapeutic aspect of yoga and in my classes I teach yoga holistically providing guidance on how to apply yoga in everyday life. I cover yogic eating, living, moral principles, breathwork and exercises to keep a high-vibrant and energetic body and a personality with no fear and in control of thought, emotions and physical body. I work 1:1 with people as well as in groups. Anyone sharing the same views and curious to know more is welcome to share a practice with me. Post pregnancy yogic postures and guidence on recovery is also available. Acroyoga as well as yoga birthday parties, leaving the guests energised and happy also could be booked in advance promoting a healthy way of celebration with clean food and lots of fun and friendliness.
