I have been learning sewing from Elaine for a month and it has been a fantastic experience . Elaine is a great teacher and her knowledge in sewing is very inspiring. I am building on my fundamentals with every project and can already see the difference in my work. I couldn't have asked for a better teacher.

Elaine has given me my Sewing "Mojo" back! I was frustrated with a pile of unfinished projects, garments that didn't fit, or I didn't understand how to complete. With a calm patient approach she was able to put me right, guiding me through to finish my projects with an enthusiasm that was truly infectious! I am now back behind the sewing machine with a new found confidence. I hope to continue to be guided by this lovely lady!

Elaine gives clear and concise instruction on the work you are undertaking, she will always answer any problems in a way that you can understand. She is attentive and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately I am not able to attend any of Elaine’s classes as I moved away, but I certainly miss the knowledge and fun that she brings to her tuition.

I had sessions with Elaine for a year and found her very knowledgeable and patient with sound practical skills. I learnt a lot from her. I have no hesitation in recommending her as a tutor.

Elaine always takes the time to understand each individual and the way they learn and supports and guides in the way that suits them. I have always for Nd Elaine to be just there when you need her, never jumping in which can be disruptive and she always lets you set your own goals. Her classes are like personal tuition and I always learn from her. She is calm and attentive to your needs and a great listener.

Elaine deals with students of all abilities with ease and professionalism. She makes you feel comfortable in her presence and helps you achieve the project you are working on as best she can no matter how simple or complicated it is.

What a lovely lady. I’ve had a few lessons with Elaine now and she is always very welcoming, helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Would 100% recommend.So looking forward my next class with her.
