I have been working in a customer-based industry that allowed me to develop interpersonal skills. The key skills that I am expelling in are communication, listening, collaboration, adaptability, empathy and patience. With language as a second language, patience is a must and the approach of the subject must be tailored to an individual. I lean mostly into project-based learning as this mostly always allows a better understanding of the subject. Obviously, no approach is one fit for all and therefore I am very flexible and adaptive to an individual case.
