I've been there, and I'm here to help you work through it together. I’ll put in the effort to support you, and all I ask is that you do the same. We’ll approach this as a team, adjusting our strategy if something isn't working, to make sure you get the most out of every lesson.

I use a flexible format that typically includes a mix of interactive lectures, discussions, and practical activities. I’ll also tailor content to align with your interests, or what the demands from your high school/university are. I am more than happy to help with assignments, exam prep, etc.

I emphasize practical application, using real-world examples and case studies to connect theory to everyday life. I also integrate multimedia resources—videos, podcasts, and articles—to enrich learning and keep it dynamic. I have two years experience working in a school and experience in private tutoring for both A Levels and the IB Diploma (which I completed myself in 2017).

I am currently in a professional doctoral training in counselling psychology and have practical experience working in various mental health settings.
