I will use the one on one format to increase the students ability and mentality on and off the pitch j can offer 1on1 drills or even team based drills if they work better in a team kr independent I can give them a proper diet to go off and give them Information about what foods etc to eat can help them build Confidence around their game and help take the pressure of them
