I’m an experienced PE teacher and Sports Coaching lecturer, who specialises in Rugby and Football. I have several Level 2 coaching badges including Strength & Conditioning & Triathlon. I have several years experience in teaching EFL & EAP classes.

I can teach all exam levels from 11-18 years old English and Scottish PE qualifications, and Level 6-8 HNC/HND Sports Coaching, and Fitness, Health & Exercise.

I have over 10 years as a Head Coach so can specialise in Video Analysis, Performance Coaching and Coach Training/Education.
