Online courses call for a greater amount of motivation and self-discipline than a classroom-based course. Being an Online Tutor, I will focus on the following:
i) I will try to make the students develop their own learning patterns that make it easy for them and encourage students to learn lessons independently.
ii) I will create an active learning environment, focus attention, help students organize their knowledge and provide them timely feedback.

About my experience:
-- I possess wide experience in Education Management, Academics, Management of the Academic activities, Research & Project Management, Team Management and experience of teaching subjects of Biology, Microbiology and Pharmacy to Undergraduate students.
-- More than 10 yrs. of Post Doctoral Research experience in Mycology/Mycotoxins and associated bio-chemical changes in plant produce - Agriculture, Horticulture, Medicinal, Edible, Tree Borne Oil seeds and other Forest produce.
-- Authored Text book, Book Chapters in the subjects of Biology and Pharmacy and also published Research papers in reputed national and international reputed journals.
--Worked as Senior Regional Director, Regional Director, Director, Principal Investigator/Scientist and Post Doctoral Fellow in reputed Indian Universities and Research Establishments.
