I was a Course Supervisor at Harvest Christian Academy China for 5 years. During my time there, I provided specific, in-depth, strategic advice suitable for students and proactively recommended appropriate solutions for educational barriers. Coached students with academics, reading practice, skill-building, character and wisdom training, and knowledge of God and His Words. I instructed years 2, 3, and 4 using the Abeka Curriculum with a primary focus on rigorous academics informed by a biblical worldview.
• Produced and performed English drama for the annual Christmas Celebration Party and Graduation Ceremony.
• Delivered exceptional classes to students of American year 1 on Bible Stories and Phonics and years 2, 3, and 4 on English Language, Arithmetic, English Poems, Bible Study, Science, American History, and Art.
• Delivered administrative support, policy advice and follow-up actions to foster adequate implementation of committee decisions.

As a language teacher/tutor, I administered level reading classes, including various syllabi and Oxford Reading Tree, while leveraging Classroom Walk-throughs (CWT). I directed and mentored 12 students for PET and 4 for FCE to improve performance and skillset.
