My teaching is adaptable and tailored to my individual students. This continues to provide great success for positive outcomes and goal achieving, this is all due to the fact that my students enjoy learning and therefore want to learn. I approach this with my methodology of teaching in a student centred constructivist approach, learning is an active process, always evolving and growing. Using prior knowledge and learning to continue to develop a better understanding of the subject, making key links in new learning (like a jigsaw, seeing the bigger picture with each piece added). Moreover, each individual learner has a distinctive point of view, based on existing knowledge and values. This forms the bedrock of all my lessons, therefore allowing me to have the success in providing all my students with achieving the best they can.
I have worked in numerous schools and with a variety of children, throughout my wealth of experience I understand and can identify what children need and how to support them.
