I prefer to make the session interactive by telling the facts and asking the questions to make the teaching interesting. I ensure that the teaching should not be boring and so I find the ways to illustrate the examples wherever its required. Moreover, I try to visualize the situation from different angles so that more ideas can be discussed. Actually, when we visualize and discuss the theory with examples it remains in our mind and easy to remember.
Interactive sessions are essential to learn quickly so sharing the ideas and talking about the possible scenarios are good for teaching. I have interpersonal skills and I listen the others opinion carefully. I find out the solutions of the pupils' problems they face in their subjects and I provide them practical answers from my experience.
