In my sessions i would train you to become defined to your standards whether its going through a cardiovascular warm up to then go onto either free weight training or use resistance machines i will also do a diet plan to help maintain outstanding nutrition to prevent a sedentary lifestyle i will also start doing online workouts and training if my clients can not attend the session in person
