I think Dawn is a brilliant teacher. I began having yoga sessions with her as a complete novice a few years ago and have continued doing several sessions a week mainly via Zoom. I feel I have benefited hugely from Dawns development of her own practice with her trips to India Nepal and Sri Lanka. She is authentic, embodying the spirituality and values of yoga and is an inspiring and accomplished practitioner. As a teacher she is so lovely, and concerned we are looking after our individual needs during the practices giving suggestions for alternative positioning if required. Her instructions are excellent and supportive. The pace is great with a good balance of breathing practice, movement and postures. I have become fitter and more flexible and my mental health has definitely benefitted. Many thanks Dawn
