Since 2001, yoga is in my life and I have done my training back in 2007 with Yoga Allianz. I can basically teach yoga using Hatha Yoga Principles. Classes can be varied from;
Vinyasa, Hatha, Prenatal, Postnatal, 50+, Yoga Therapy,Yin and Yang Yoga etc.
