Dani Norton

Lessons are tailored to the students level and purpose, these can be learning for leisure or supporting students applying to colleges or nurturing budding younger artists.

In consultation with the individual I will create a scheme of work, setting projects and focussing on skills such as drawing, painting in oil or acrylic, collage and watercolour.

As a practicing contemporary artist I have a diverse interest in contemporary art and can advise on current practices and discuss and suggest reading of relevant art theory as required for those wishing to broaden their knowledge in this area. I am particularly skilled in building confidence and encouraging students who doubt their abilities!

Sessions are intended to be fun and experimental with materials whilst learning new skills or refreshing previous learning.
