I recently did my GCSEs only last year so I have a lot of experience with how the exams work and how to revise well to get the grades wanted. I will use a range of teaching formats to keep it interesting while also effective as I am fully aware revising and lessons tend to get boring. Throughout school I have always found that teachers who make lessons more rememberable I received better grades as the content stuck more. I will make sure to always listen to the student in order to focus especially on what they are struggling with in order to help them improve on these. If necessary, I am also available to expand from just English and I am more than happy to help with any History which I also got an A in GCSE and have continued into A Level. Not only will I be able to have access to Powerpoints and teaching methods from teachers who immensely helped me with these subjects from their years of experience, but I can also use my own experience of being a student. Furthermore, I have great knowledge, not only on the content of the subjects, but on how the exams work and techniques that can help the students also understand how exams work and how to use this in their favour to get the grades they want or need. As I attend Sixth Form currently I will have a very similar timetable to other students and will be able to work around their school times as well as mine!
