My lessons are designed to be interactive, engaging, and personalized to meet each student’s unique needs, particularly children who are exploring psychological concepts for the first time. I focus on creating a positive and supportive environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions, share their thoughts, and develop both academically and emotionally.
I use a variety of teaching methods, such as storytelling, games, and visual aids, to make lessons dynamic and relatable. By combining theory with practical examples, I ensure students not only understand the material but also see how it applies to their daily lives. For instance, I might use role-playing activities to teach emotional regulation or employ fun games to explain cognitive development in an engaging way.
My experience includes working as a campus teaching partner, where I conducted self-development sessions and tackled important topics like bullying and emotional well-being. I have also provided group counseling and classroom guidance, using creative tools like interactive games to make the sessions memorable and impactful. These roles have equipped me with the skills to address different learning styles effectively and adapt my teaching approach to fit the needs of each child.
As someone with a background in Guidance and Counseling, I am deeply passionate about helping children grow intellectually and emotionally. My goal is to make learning psychology an enjoyable journey, fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and personal growth in every lesson I teach.
