I’ll start from the beginning so I finished school with a level 2 distiction* in physical education and a level 2 distinction in sports science. During lockdown I purchased a few gym pieces and worked out everyday which is where I really gained my strength. I’ve studied hours online about fitness and nutrition for myself mainly but now that I have a greater understanding then most people may have I want to pass my knowledge on and coach people to achieve there dreams and beyond. I’ll will be ready to coach everyday through messages and will look to set up video responses to your week via a form that I will get you to fill out every week with your successes and things you’d like to work on more.
