We run multiple types of courses/ lessons, the majority being face to face in a kitchen “hands on” where I am open to questions with very good general knowledge in Italian food and pizza. During the “hands on courses”, the students will be cooking along myself where they will learn how to use kitchen equipment and utensils, preparing some dishes (usually 3 within 2:30hrs window for a 4 people class).

On the remote classes we usually teach according to customer requirements with prior agreement based on what they have available in their kitchens/premises, with the same formula used in the “hands on”session, where we prepare some dishes learning a series of skills.

And last, the most important are our pizza making courses where we cover direct dough, preferments, the chemistry behind the dough, how to make the dough, stretching, baking, respecting temperature and using various equipment/tools.

All the courses can be adapted to any type of student having experience with people with learning disabilities and other conditions working closely with entities such as BCHA, Bournemouth food bank, and Bournemouth council and private individuals, restaurant owners and simply with people from different work backgrounds interested in cooking. We have also offered in the past, support to companies that want to train their employees onsite where we travel to them, creating a bespoke session. Remote support on Whatsapp video, Skype and other platforms. Anything not listed can be happily discussed. Also open to long term collaborations with recurring sessions and onsite/remote support.
